Shipping rates
Shipping of the Possum Play Couch starts at $40 for metro locations in Australia. Final shipping is calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address to calculate your shipping rate.
Shipping & Delivery times
Please check individual product pages for current expected shipping dispatch times (in blue text above Add to Cart button). We ship items separately as they become available. Once orders are shipped and you receive tracking information, delivery times vary depending on location but typically are received as below:
- Major metro Australian cities: 2-6 business days

Outside major metro cities + New Zealand : 4-8 business days
We ship using Australia Post and a range of courier partners depending on where you live. A tracking email and SMS will be sent to you once your delivery is shipped.
Shipping modifications
Once your order has shipped, unfortunately we're unable to modify shipping information (eg, incorrect address) or change/add/remove items. If you've made a mistake, email us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to make updates. If your item has already been processed for shipping we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make any changes (but we’ll certainly try!) and you may be charged a redelivery fee.
