I have a children’s nursery and purchased x2 different sets of these for 2 of our rooms.
And I never write reviews, but I felt these deserved a review !
As you can imagine we have used lots of different children’s resources etc over the years. So when purchasing these yes, they looked good, but I wasn’t quite expecting what a massive hit they would be for the children. Both staff and children’s LOVE them, they are so versatile and can be adapted to many different usages.
So as someone who purchased lots of children’s toys/items I am very impressed with these and would highly recommend.
We have only had them a short amount of time but I must say I am also impressed by the quality and although only time will tell, they do seem like they will last ! 🤞🏽
Such a fun and beautiful item. My daughter is thrilled with it and has played with it everyday since it arrived! I was dubious at first that it wouldn’t fill out but as per the instructions, it did indeed look great after a couple of days!
Easy to build, material feels nice and it has raised our play couch up off the floor. More comfortable as a sofa and also give additional play options. Like that it can be split into 2 seats to give different options further down the line as the kids age up. Did get it during the initial launch discount but happy with the price I paid given the quality of other orders from this company has been high. I was initially worried the backs and sides felt like they needed more support but having had adults and kids us it for a little while now it seems sturdy enough!
If you have the room / space and are looking for a sofa for both you and your child to play with, the possum play couch is hands down the one to get.
I love that’s it’s comfy enough for me to sit on and watch him play, I also love that’s its moveable. If we need the space we can fold it up against the wall and we have more floor space in second. The amount of ways you can build with it is awesome also allowing to create more or less floor space to what ever you need. And then the best thing, it really is a whole toy for my child. We can fold it out for move night, for him to have soft landings, we build dens. I absolutely love the possum play couch and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a sofa / chair for the playroom that can be used in so many different ways.
Such a clever and versatile seating system. My 3 young grandchildren have spent hours creating a house, then a boat plus other shapes, they love it. So happy with my purchase, thank you
Honestly this couch is up there with our YOTO’s. They get so much use. Already washed one cover when my daughter had a blood nose and it came straight out. Super easy! Surprisingly comfortable for adults too and I have hip and back problems. We use this as our couch to watch tv etc too. Only downside for adults is obviously how close it is to the floor otherwise lovely comfort! Only regret I have is not purchasing sooner.
My 4yo twin boys are obsessed! Purchased two so they have one each and I’m so happy I did. They are the best.

Adding a playmat has added so much to our possibilities, it’s now a floor, a lava field, a pond, a garden and that’s just in the 1st week! I’m really pleased with our possum couch, it’s versatile, it’s even been our grand daughter’s bed!
We bought this for my daughter’s first birthday and she loves it. We play with it every day and she is learning how to climb and slide. We sometimes use the base as a wall guard so she can run and crash against the wall! After a few weeks I took a closer look and noticed some small stitches on one of the covers. I sent a photo to Possum and they immediately sent me a replacement cover. Excellent customer service and excellent product. I’ve recommended to so many friends!
Just bought the play couch for my child and they have played with it non stop! Great quality!
We had some other smaller, baby soft play pieces and decided to upgrade our 4yo and 2yo to the Possum. They’ve had it for a couple weeks now and it’s already been countless things: a trampoline, a roller coaster, a cave, a slide, a dinosaur, a tent, and a goo machine, whatever that is! They absolutely love it. Great quality, nice and firm so they can climb on it without it sinking. Will need to add some more pieces to our collection soon I expect!
We absolutely love the possum play couch. Our son is 4 with additional needs, he’s spent every day playing with the play couch, bringing out his creative side and tells everyone about it.
Too us it’s been worth every penny and we will be purchasing more items in the future.

When I first bought my son a set of possum play a few years ago, he told me it looked boring. Since then, he has asked for another 2 sets. He loves building den's with them, and playing with his friends with them, and using them for sleeping den's at night. These possum play sets have been one of his favourite presents to date!

These are perfect for my 10 month old. He is pulling himself up on every thing. These are best height for him. It has multiple uses
Love it! It is well made, sturdy and my son has his castle, he jumps around it, throws his toys in there with a bunch of blankets and it makes me happy seeing it all :D
Great sturdy fabric, sits nicely on the cushions and easy to remove for washing. Made the couch feel brand new again in a different colour!
I've had the Possum play Couch for over a couple of weeks now and I can honestly say its the best toy/seating I have ever gotten my 6 year old. Its been used everyday, on her own and with pals, in all sorts of ways.This morning we even had a quick build before school so its ready for when she comes back.Her friends are really impressed with it and instead of getting lots of little things out they just need this and a few bits,blanket etc.Making it much easier to tidy up). My wee girl has a hand difference but manages it well as some of the pieces are quite light and chunky, even with the same size base.
Its great for relaxing on and watching TV.We havnt used it as a bed yet but its so comfy, I would sleep on it! It may seem expensive but when you work out what you spend on throw away rubbish its so worth it.I wish I could give every child a Possum couch.Love it! and will be buying more add ons for special occasions Christmas, birthday etc. Its going to be difficult to choose though as Alya loves them all.
