Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your Possum Play item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to process refunds if your Possum Play item has been opened/unboxed. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@possumplay.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete the return. Shipping costs - both original and return - are borne by the buyer and will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been received back at our warehouse for it to be processed and your refund issued.

If your product is damaged or has an issue when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and 2-3 photos of the issue on hello@possumplay.com.au so we can make things right!
