The Play Pod

This was a super last minute Christmas purchase. But it is without a doubt the best one. On Christmas Day, all the kiddies had a turn playing with this play pond. We had 5 kids at our house ranging from 6 months to 10 years old. And honestly there was something for each to do with it. Firstly, I might add pre Christmas that the shipping was incredibly fast and easy. Pretty great for this type of item. My girls love this play pond. There are lots of variations, but the top one being an obstacle course. Or the floor is lava. Very happy with the quality, covers have been washed and went back on a great. Looks great in our lounge and is such a beautiful sage green. Overall a great investment for the kids who will play with it for years to come. And yes, mum and dad love the foot rest too!

We bought an original kids couch set up 3 years ago and just bought a new addition of the shields + the round ottoman for kids and it gets played with every single day. Perfect set up for a movie night, lots of part for making best cubby houses, parts to play floor is lava, obstacle courses outside on a sunny day - honestly best purchase ever. At night one part of the couch becomes a cozy place to read books before kids go bed and also serves as bed for parents when kids don’t sleep well or are sick. Yes it might be pricier than other options, but all items are holding up so well (3 years of daily use of original couch) and my kids imagination goes wild building different things every day. If there were 10 starts, you would get them all ❤️

It's a ball pit, it's a plushie cave, it's a tunnel, it's a crash pad, it's a race track, it's a perch from which a toddler surveys his path of destruction,it's a day bed, it's a sanity saving tool, and it's easy to clean!

Love love possum play pieces. We have quite a few now and I was unsure about the pod compared to other pieces but oh my goodness my bits fought so hard over it that I had to go back for a second one. They absolutely love it. They roll around in it, read their books in it, stack it. It’s their favourite.

If can be a ball pond, a dive through, a sit in and roll, or whatever your imagination conjures up! No sharp corners, soft yet sturdy. Move over kids, even the adults love to join the fun!

We have the couch and the play pod was the perfect addition for a busy preschooler and a daredevil toddler. It’s been played with everyday since it was unpacked from a play table to a mermaid pool to a hidey hole. The kids love it.

The play pod has been used every day since we got it

Our play pod is currently being used as footstools & pillows. It’s so comfortable & looks modern.

He's thrilled with it. Loves the shape as it's unusual. He is inside it, jumping on it, filling it with foam blocks, crawling through it, using it as a target to throw balls into, using it as stepping stones. Can't rate it highly enough!

My baby girl is loving this for pulling up on, and pushing around- the circle shape is so fun and soft edges mean I’m not worrying about her hitting her face all the time. Also comfy for adults to sit in too!

It's been brilliant! Played with every day for jumping, sitting, climbing. We use it in the evening as a foot rest. Would recommend to anyone with kids.

Bought as an addition to our couch. It opens up a whole load more build options. It's been a table, a doorway, a ball pit and the middle of an airplane so far. I'm sure it will be many more.
We have quite a few add-on shapes and I would say this is the best one. It would even be fun just on its own.

Purchased this for our grandchildren's visits, and they love it.

Love that it looks like a standard ottoman. My 2 and a half year old daughter loves setting it up in different ways for play!

My grandson will get hours of entertainment out of the pod. I filled it with balls for his Christmas pressie. Sorry Mum.

Another fantasic Possum Play item so well made and so much fun loved by my grandchildren

My grandchildren absolutely love this add on to their Possum couch! I love to watch them being so imaginative with it and then seeing it pack up so beautifully!

Our play couch and pod gets loved and used all day and every day. It is in constant transformation from a side to den to climbing frame to make soft bed or chair and it even has been brilliant for standing practice for the baby. It is the best way to keep our busy toddler active when it’s wet outside. Best investment I’ve ever made.

Adding year by year the grandies love it

The Play Pod

We added the play pod to our collection and it was absolutely worth it. The kids love it and have used it every day. So much fun - maybe even better than the play couch. So many ways to play, so many laughs and smiles

My little one loves her couch and the new add ons, if we only owned 1 toy this would be it. It’s used for so many thing, and promotes physical play and role play. I could just do with a bit more space in my house to get even more pieces 🤣

I didn't think my kiddos would love anything more than they love their possum play couch but I was wrong. They love their play pod so much. Crawling through the circles, tea parties at the pod table, so many different things they love to do with it.

My favourite part - it packs away neatly when play is done and actually looks nice. Another winner. Thank you Possum.

From making a ball pit to crawling through the circle making stepping stones from the inner circles the imagination is endless so many smiles and laughter

The Play Pod has been everything—seat, table, mini fort, even a ball pit at one point. Our 2 and 6-year-old have been obsessed with it from day one. It fits right into our living room and doesn’t look like typical kids' stuff, which we love. Every day they find a new way to play, and it’s been such a great way to keep them active and creative. Friends keep asking where we got it. Total win. 🙌

We got the Pod when our baby was around 10 months and it’s been amazing. It’s soft but supportive, giving him a safe space to pull up, wobble, and explore. Bonus: it’s been doubling as a comfy floor cushion for us during playtime (honestly comfier than our actual couch). Love that it blends into our space and grows with him. Such a smart design how it packs away into a stylish otoman

The Play Pod is a total game-changer for our daughter. She’s on it every single day — climbing, balancing, turning it into a play table or a mini ball pit. It’s been incredible for her independence and imaginative play. We’ve even used it for movie nights and cozy reading time. She asks for this instead of screen time now — that says it all! Highly recommend.
